Good laptop
The memory and speed of this laptop is excellent. It makes my work much quicker and less stressful.Purchased when it was on sale, fast shipping. Arrived before holidays comping up. Although I find some of the Microsoft changes with Windows 11 and OneDrive to be confusing and difficult to follow this new Dell computer works well and helps me to explore with more ease. My only complaint was the weight, its a bit heavy to carry around.

I bought it for my parents
My mom uses it to watch Facebook and Cat Vids. I think she gets the vids from Facebook. She likes the back light and it is quick to respond to what she needs. My dad does the same except he watches news on YouTube and signs up for his flights etc. They are not power users however for what they need it works.

Poor service with tech support
After buying 3 or more Dell computers I will never buy a Dell ever again. You gave me a support person that I could not understand most words that she spoke. I asked for her to review my sign on with this new computer and she could not understand my request. I should have been able to use my fingerprint to open my computer. She could not understand that request. I asked her to check my old Dell computer to help convert my files from my old Dell laptop computer to my new Dell laptop computer. She said no I would need to pay a fee with her other Dell department to save and convert those files. This will not be my last complaint and I will suggest to others to buy an Apple computer for those that want help in English.

No lights to let user know if an action like a download has finished or just still loading.
It’s fast and does what is expected but when you start a task like a download or system update there’s no light flashing or bar to show the progress or that it’s finished. Husband dislikes this computer for this reason. I would not recommend this laptop but I do believe Dell usually puts out a quality product. Someone failed designing this one.

I needed a new laptop mainly for my podcast. Fast, reliable and haven’t had an issue. The keyboard is English which is important considering I live in Quebec. I’m not sure about games but this comport is exactly what I need for my editing program. I highly recommend this laptop.

I bought this laptop for my son in July and it has been perfect for about 1.5 months. Then towards the end of September, it started to blue screen. I am a professional so I know how to computers work. After uninstalling a lot of the software and still unable to fix Windows, I installed Ubuntu Linux. Even Linux freezes on a daily basis. This leads me to think there is some hardware issue. I will try to contact Dell support to see what they can do. Very disappointed.

The Dell laptop is a solid piece of equipment and operates well.The Dell assistance that was supposed to be available to transfer from old laptop to this one never happened. The transfere took a lot longer as a result.

Name brand laptop with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed. We bought this to replace an aging Microsoft Surface Pro whose OS was beyond its service life. Existing files and settings transferred easily via wifi. We needed a laptop with Windows 11 Pro rather than the Home edition and most other laptops on offer came with the Home version. In effect, this is a business/student laptop with more ports than the thinner models.

I had a Dell as a teenager and my brother broke it a while ago but I had to get this and I am not at all disappointed!!The keys are so flippin soft and nice to type on. I sure love the light up keyboard
