Defective phone.
The phone was not programmed correctly, when my cell provider went to activate it it did not work well and they looked up the IMEI number and it came up to say it was a galaxy tablet which it was not so I had to return it.

NOT UNLOCKED FOR ALL CARRIERS.Will not work for Straight Talk. It’s unlocked for T-Mobile and Verizon but the phones not compatible. Very disappointed 😔
