We have our grandson and his parents living with us and it has been such fun. However, at 15 months old, wobbly walking—everything is a hammer. Our 55” LED TV was a victim. Daughter and I split the cost of the new 55” TV and bought this protective screen. It arrived the same day we got the TV. The packaging was substantial and the screen was in perfect condition. It’s deliberately made extra tall to facilitate various ways to mount it. It comes with little spacers to keep the protective screen from touching the TV screen. I mounted with sticky Velcro strips on top and Velcro the rubber spacers on the bottom in about 10 minutes. We were a little apprehensive about the picture quality through that plastic, but our concerns were unwarranted. The picture quality is not affected. Bonus for us is the bottom of the protective screen covers the buttons on the attached sound bar so little curious fingers cannot change settings or turn it on/off. Small price for great protection.

Great product
If you’re debating because of the price, it’s a good price and now my kids can’t break their tv! Also the little Velcro bumpers work great even on a mounted tv that tilts. I might get another one for our bigger tv in the living room! Also the glass is super scratch resistant.

Serves it’s purpose
Get got this after our 20 month old indirectly threw a toy that nailed our samsung Q-70T (don’t get this TV, I would recommend either the 7R or 80T and up) which resulted in lots of black lines (reason why not to buy the Q70T, it’s edge lit).This screen protector gets marked on contract pretty easily, I found out since the first thing I did after I took it out of the box was pick it up and turn to place it on the new TV, moved slightly to avoid a child running past me, and bumped into the TV stand. Now I have a scuff mark that won’t come out/off. Good job Mike. Luckily it’s fairly unnoticeable on one of the corners.Bought a 65″ Samsung Q80T (was actually cheaper at this point than the Q70T I had bought only 4 months prior) to install the shield on. These TVs have a VERY thin edge border, so it was trick trying to figure out how to install the shield on it. The instructions do include ways to attach to TVs like this, but they’re vague and it took some trial and error before any success.Pros: Protection for the TV. Does filter some blue light (all LED screens emit this). Well built. Fairly unnoticeable once installed.Cons: Very shiny, and I mean glare is a big problem now (but it’s worth not having to buy ANOTHER TV). Gets super staticky like an old tube TV, and attracts dust like a second job. Easily damaged, as stated above.I had some difficulty figuring out how to secure the bottom of the shield, since the Velcro strips that came with it do not adhere well to the swiss cheese back of the TV, but they do stay put very well when stuck on the shield. Eventually, I figured out a way to secure the bottom half without drilling holes through the corners (which at one point I had planned on doing) by using some double-sided Velcro tape, punching holes through those and anchoring them with some twine to the back of the TV.Would recommend to anyone with children under the age of 8. Accidents happen.

Works as advertised.
It works as advertised. Our tv was thrown to the ground and a piece was broken off. The tv still works as the screen was not damaged. This product was a replacement. It will go on a wall mounted location tv as the screen was not damaged but a corner was broken off, I’m talking of the protective screen, but it doesn’t look perfect. This replacement will go on the main tv.

Excellent product it’s worth the price I paid for as my kids have already broken two previous tv screens. It fit my 50″ panasonic led tv perfectly and you can’t even see the difference
