Great Helper
Super hand to have attached to my dust collector. Working across the shop I can turn it off and on as I start and stop the tool. This saves a great deal of back and forth through the shop. Range is very good as well. A few times I’ve had the remote in my pocket 100 ft or more outside the shop and turned on the collector.

Works great
With this device I was able to relocate my 18amp 220v double bag dust collector to my shop loft.

Does not work as it should
The first time I used the switch it worked fine with the remotes. I was 10 and 15 feet away from the switch. I used it 3 days later and I had to hold the remotes about 1 inch away from switch and then they would work. I changed the batteries out in the remotes with brand new ones which came right out of the package that I had bought a few weeks ago. I then had to hold the remotes about 3 inches away to turn on the switch and 1foot to turn off the switch. I also tried the switch in a different location with another device plugged into it with the same results. This is not desirable. I am returning this item. I have tried everything i know to make it work properly and it won’t. I do not recommend purchasing it.

Easy to use and effective switch
This unit works as advertised. Very easy to set up and use. You just have to keep track of the slightly smaller key fob, but it’s able to cast around my 1000 sq ft shop easily.

Dust Collector Remote
I have a wood working shop and use the 2 remotes it comes with to turn my dust collection system on and off. The best part about it is that it will startup my dust immediately but I have choices on how I want to shut it down, immediately /5 seconds delay or 10 seconds delay. Using the delays helps emptying out the dust hoses without me having to stand and wait. I can move forward doing something else. Love it.

Stopped working after 2 weeks in the shop!
Everything was glorious and wood chips were getting sucked up with no problems – until it stopped working after a couple of weeks and maybe 20 switches on/off! The outlet to the dust collector just stays live @ 120V – no matter if I try turning off remotely or using the manual button on the unit. Even unplugged and putting a circuit tester on it verifies that it won’t turn off. So now what? I guess it’s destined for the JUNK pile!Edit: The company reached out and offered to refund the full cost of the device. Thank you! Ordered another one and have my fingers crossed!Edit 2: The 2nd unit failed now in a similar way! This time it’s not letting the dust collector draw enough power and partially starts the collector – which buzzes then gives up. Done with this brand!

Works Well In My Shop
I had the antiquated dust collector controller in my shop fail. This one was wired to the blast gates. This new one is taking some time to get used to (my instinct is to open a gate expecting the DC to start) so now I need to carry the little remote dongle clipped to my belt. It does the job quite well and I’m sure I’ll adjust.
