Don’t buy this TV
Horrible sound — very tinny; sounds like a pocket radio from the 1960’s. Takses a couple of seconds for thr TV mode to alunch. Confusing as to whether HDMI 1 or 2 active

Disappointed in two features.
I was satisfied with the size and shape of the TV. I was however disappointed in two features. The sound quality is not as good as other TV’s I have owned. It has a “tinny” quality to it. Also, since it had to be connected to my local cable service it is necessary for me to use both remote control units to operate the TV. After turning on the TV with the cable remove I have to use the remote that came with the TV to access the HDMI setting which means I have to utilize three buttons on the two remotes to begin watching the TV.

The pros: It is the size I was looking for. It had the base I was looking for.The cons: It is virtually impossible to synch up with cable remotes. It has a very BAD, TINNY sound.

BEFORE YOU BUY!!!
We have spectrum and you cannot hook up this television for the spectrum remote to work. Customer service, which is in China, cannot be reached and I think this product should NOT be sold on Amazon when there is NO customer service to make the dang thing work!!! Thank goodness Amazon was understanding and gave us our money back…..so that’s a good thing!!!
