1. Unable to charge?
a. Check whether the charger is plugged into the left charging port, whether the charging indicator is on, and whether the battery icon in the lower right corner of the laptop screen shows “plugged in.” b. If the charger is defective, request a replacement through your Amazon order page (Go to “Your Orders” > Find the order > Click “Problem with order” > Select “Need a replacement”).
2. Can’t connect to WiFi?
a. Check whether WiFi is turned on (usually via the function key or network settings). b. Verify the WiFi password is entered correctly (note uppercase/lowercase letters). c. For driver – related issues, visit “Your Orders” on Amazon and use the “Contact Seller” feature to request driver files and installation guides.
3. Touchpad Not Working

I just purchased this computer and it is very good. The initial start-up is very fast. I recommend this computer. I had purchased a different brand and returned it because it wasn’t compatible with my Cricut or printer.

this labtop is EXTREMELY slow when it comes to downloading anything i was trying to install a program on the labtop that i have on my PC and it was taking more then 15 minutes just to install it i haven’t had this labtop for 1 day and i can tell it’s trash cause of the celeron cpu

This computer/PC actually ran Fortnite and played Roblox with the best graphics the speed it takes to open a tab is insane and the size is great it’s not too big nor small. The laptop feels like a baby’s bottom but also hard like it’s never gonna shatter. It functions like a school computer and a PC.

NO RESOLUTION TO STUCK CHARGER IN CHARGING PORT
I have enjoyed my new laptop. After having Dell laptops for years and having to replace them every couple of years due to dropping them on a carpeted floor, the issue was that they would no longer work. The same problem occurred with the others: the charging port would no longer function after the laptop fell off the table onto the carpeted floor. I received this one, and it was just like having a new Dell! But, guess what happened!? I’ve been so careful with this one. The metal part of the charger is stuck in the charging port, while the plastic cover has separated from the metal part stuck in the charging port. This is the only laptop I have, and I cannot give it up and wait even 1-2 days for another to get here. I asked Amazon to allow me to keep this one while they sent a replacement, but they refused even speaking over me and not allowing me to speak! Very RUDE! I tried a few days later to present the problem to online customer service X 2, who were much nicer, but gave me info regarding contacting the seller for a new charger, and both attempts, when I tried to follow the written instructions, they disappeared!!! So frustrating!!! Amazon, you must do better! And, a laptop should have a one-year warrantly, not 30 days as was given! So, I need a new charger or a new laptop. If I knew that the silver part of the charger, which is stuck in the charging port, would forever be ok, I’m happy to keep this laptop since I have put all my personal info on here. SELLER, PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW AND KNOW THAT I’VE TRIED TWICE TO RESOLVE THESE ISSUES WITH AMAZON TO NO AVAIL. WHAT WILL BE YOUR ACTION TO RESOLVE THESE ISSUES? THANK YOU.
