Great camera for the money!!! You do have to buy a $30 subscription for cloud storage
This was a fantastic purchase! Thus far, I’m extremely satisfied we’ve had it for about a week. Looks like I’ll have to recharge it in like a month? Started at 100% on Tuesday and by Saturday it was at 88%The picture quality is really good. The sound quality is also really good..The only two cons that I can think of currently are you will have to pay for a cloud subscription, which is $30 for the year. (Still not bad for the money) The second con was that if I wanted to buy an additional camera from these guys, I would have to pay for an additional subscription, which I thought was stupid.

Great little security doorbell camera!!! 😀👍🏼
Our second (2nd) purchase, so far the first camera is working fantastic so much so that we purchased another for our back door.We will keep posting because as everyone knows after a while things go haywire…..but so far so good and customer support has been on point with answering questions that we have about setup.

Good doorbell cam
Very good doorbell camara, it’s battery life lasts long(also if it’s runing out of battery the device will send you a notification)(rechargeable), very good HD motion detection quality. It also lets you choose wich subscription plan you want to use in order to keep you’re video recording saved, good quality night time vision.

Great Wireless Doorbell for the Price – But Customer Service Needs Work
I recently moved into a new apartment that doesn’t have the wiring setup for a traditional doorbell like my previous place. At my old apartment, I used a wired doorbell from this same company and had a yearly subscription. It worked well overall with only a few minor issues, so I decided to stick with the brand and try their wireless version. The product was very easy to mount and set up. Connecting it to the phone app was straightforward, and most users should have no trouble getting everything up and running quickly. The doorbell connected to my internet easily and I have not experienced any issues with it disconnecting. The doorbell offers all the basic features you’d expect, like motion detection and video alerts, but nothing too advanced or fancy. However, I did run into issues with transferring my subscription. It took over a week to get it resolved, and communication with customer service was extremely slow. The chat support often only replied once per day, and getting real help felt like pulling teeth. Unfortunately, customer support continues to be one of this brand’s biggest weaknesses. After setup, I also noticed black lines appearing on the camera. Despite trying multiple troubleshooting steps, the issue remains unresolved, and I haven’t had much luck getting a replacement through customer service.Another thing to note is the noticeable lag in the doorbell’s response time, which I didn’t experience with my previous wired version. Since I have 1 GIG internet, I know connectivity isn’t the problem. On the positive side, the human detection feature works very well. You can adjust the settings to balance between battery life and recording frequency, depending on your preferences.Overall, while the camera quality has its issues and the customer service is disappointing, this wireless doorbell is still a good deal for the price. Just be prepared for some hassle if you need technical support or help with your subscription.

Great buy 10/10!
Work just as great as a ring door beep but more economical and I love the door bell rings and how adjustable they are very simple and just what I needed!🎉🎉

I feel safer in my neighborhood with this product.
This security camera was very easy to set up. I charged the battery for ten hours. Then attached the faceplate next to my door. Got the app and set it up. And turned iron. It has a great view and the sound is spot on. The battery lasts about a week. And I feel safer in my home and even know what happening when I am not at home. The only bad thing is the battery only stays charged for 2 days. I literally charged it well over 10 hours. Set it up Monday morning 9:00 am and by Wednesday morning 9:00am it was at 10% charge.

If your power goes out. It doesn’t work at all.
I like it. I’ve bought 4. 2 for my house and 2 for my boyfriend’s house. It’s very easy to install. Only thing I don’t like is if the power goes out the whole system doesn’t work. No back up nothing.
