Good fit for my 2004 Grand Cherokee.
They are “almost short”. They don’t have the “ribs/ridges” that hold all along the stem. These are all or nothing. They won’t hold until they get to a certain depth. Most popped in fine but I had a little trouble getting the back corner to pop in. You really have to have the door panel perfectly aligned since there is no “extra length”, but that assures a good tight fit.

These fit the door panels for a 1st gen dodge neon exactly and hold very firmly. You also get a lot the included tool could be longer to reach them for removal but it still works.
