This is great so far. It’s easy to use, though the app is maybe too simple, it is functioning as needed.The picture quality is good. The frame quality is plastic with a wood design on it. I would love an actual wood option, but this is nice enough. It looks to be higher quality than some others.For the medium-small size and simplistic functionality of this device, I feel the price is bloated and too high. Though, the whole digital picture frame market seems that way currently, unfortunately. One could just buy a decent monitor or TV and program it to display photos for the same price.I needed it for memory care though, so it’s serving it’s purpose well, as it needs to be a little more simplistic.I do really like that it can be used by multiple people with the QR code. Family and friends can share pictures with loved ones this way.Despite a few disappointing aspects, I would still purchase this again.

I Was Disappointed; But I Am Now Very Satisfied.
Since I set up this device, I have been looking for any excuse to keep it, and not return it. It looks good, and the idea is great. However, the more I consider the dilemma, the more convinced I am that it must be returned. The performance is deplorable. The screen is not bright or sharp enough. Just dull. In fact, 720p is brighter and sharper than this. Very limited and perhaps useless settings. I cannot access the contents of the SD Card from the device itself. It claims to have a motion sensor, but there is no setting for it, and the motion sensor (if it really has any) does not work at all. It fails to meet my needs and the purpose of my purchase. I will return it and perhaps get the Amazon Echo Show 21 instead.UPDATE: Since I left my 2-Stars rating, the Seller and Manufacturer diligently communicated with me his ernest efforts to resolve the issues to my satisfaction. And he did. He has been very courteous, diligent, compassionate, and professional in all the emails back and forth. He also sent me a new digital frame. I just received the new digital frame. I haven’t set it up yet; but, even if the new digital frame were to have all of the issues I complained about, I would still give my 5-Stars because of the excellent and nonpariel customer service that I received.

Awesome!! It is nicely made and so easy to setup. I love that I can send pictures from my phone to it. Also if you give family and friends your frame code, they can send pictures to it from all over the world. I loved it so much, we got my Mother in Law one. She loves it!

Stopped working
August 2, 2025 update: The store contacted me and replaced the broken digital frame. It arrived quickly. I appreciate that they contacted me and corrected the isdue.The frame was a gift. It stopped working after 7 months. We attempted everything resolution suggested tobus. The final message we received from the company was … it sounds like you have exhausted our troubleshooting suggestions. Your only course of action in this situation is to have the frame repaired or replaced by the seller.

I purchased this frame 2 times. First time was 21 July 2024, and second time 2 December 2024. One of the best feature the frame had was the that the screen auto turned off after certain time, 2 mins to 4 hours. The first frame had that feature, but the second frame I bought the company got rid of that feature. NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT 😡. Worse thing is the seller still have that description in the product details. I don’t like to have the screen on for hours and hours.

**update to my previous 2 star review (which is still below). The seller got in touch and helped to resolve the issues I was experiencing. Very pleased with the great customer service from this brand! **It’s a nice looking frame, and the photos show up vibrant and clear. Photo loading from the app is super simple. HOWEVER I’ve had nothing but issues since trying to set this up. There’s a totally “dead” spot on the touch screen. Nothing works in that area. It glitches constantly: The photos will randomly freeze until you manually scroll to the next. The settings bar along the bottom will flash non stop. If you try to click one of the settings buttons it works for a split second and then exits you. It takes forever for the sideshow to start back up if you go back to the home screen. Etc etcIt can be quite frustrating.I’d honestly say spend your money on a different brand, unless these problems dont bother you. In which case, as mentioned, it is a beautiful way to display photos (when it’s working).

Leider nur per Amazon US zu bekommen, spricht man braucht einen passenden Stromadapter. Die Software Frameo könnte noch verbessert werden (nur 10 Bilder gleichzeitig. Galerie vereint immer alle Bilder des Telefons, sprich keine Ordnerunterteilung oder Sortierfunktionen usw.).Der Bilderrahmen selbst ist schön gross und damit auch seniorenrauglich. Der Bewegungssensor funktioniert auch sehr gut.
