Good finish and quiet motor
It’s a nice fan with good size remote easy to be used by elderly. Have it only for a few months so time will tell if it will last but so far so good. You need an electrician most likely unless you are a trained electrician to install it. Sits flush on the ceiling and all parts came in nicely. Reverse airflow and dimmable feature is awesome. with reverse airflow, it can be used in winter and summer which makes this fan all year round air producing product for those who need it 12 months. Would recommend.

Quiet with smart home integration
I’m old school and will tell you their printed instructions are non-existent. I have installed ceiling fans before so this wasn’t too bad. Then I discovered they have video instructions after I was already done 🤦♂️. I am a smart home user and already had the app they use to integrate to Alexa installed. It was super easy to set up. So far it’s working perfectly moving air and very quiet. Bonus that it was half the price of the old Casablanca fan it replaced!

Great patio ceiling fan
I bought 2 of these for my covered patio. I waited 4 months to review to make sure they continue to work. They’re great fans. I can operate by my wall switch or the remotes.I never downloaded the instructions for the app. My husband threw it out with the box unfortunately so I can’t review that part.It has 6 fan settings and 3 different light settings. Daylight, warm and bright. They can also be dimmed. The fans blow plenty of breeze on high. It also has a reverse button on the remote which is nice.You can’t beat the price. I haven’t seen one cheaper. They look super modern too.

Stopped working a month after 1 year warranty.
Honestly I LOVE this fan, that’s why I’m so sad it died so quickly. It’s the first time I’ve been happy over a fan.This was easy to install, took me a minute to figure out how to connect to my wifi. Great quality, blade color choices, and the brightest light that dims easily.The airflow gives off an amazing breeze, regardless of the speed you choose. And the winter/summer switch works with the touch of a button. I really wish it would’ve had a longer life. I really wanted to purchase one for every room to upgrade, but since it doesn’t last long, I can’t justify the purchase.As for customer service, I can’t locate how to contact them, so I’ll never know. I did message Amazon, who referred me to the seller. Ugh!!!
