Absolutely spotless!This robotic vacuum is an absolute game-changer. It’s impressively smart and navigates effortlessly around furniture and other obstacles. I love how it automatically adjusts its cleaning mode to match the floor type, making it super efficient in picking up dust, hair, and debris. The smart mapping and scheduling features ensure it cleans every nook and cranny without skipping any spot. Controlling it through the app or with voice commands is incredibly convenient. With its strong suction power and self-charging feature, maintenance is a breeze. Whether you’re using it for everyday cleaning or a more thorough session, this vacuum greatly reduces the workload around the house and keeps the floors immaculate with minimal effort. Highly recommend!

Awesome Dual Purpose Robo-vac
We’re coming from an old Ecovacs Deebot which was pretty limited in its capabilities and with two double-coat dogs, the main brush constantly tangled and seized. Essentially, what I was looking for in a new robo-vac was:1. Anti-tangle tech2. Self-emptying3. Truly smart features (LIDAR, object recognition, etc.)4. Mopping functionalityThe 3i P10 Ultra hits all those marks.1. Anti-tangle tech: The 3i’s brush design is bristle-less so it will never hoard hair to the point it seizes. Additionally, the base has a small spinning blade that will cut fibers/hairs from the main brush after it docks. You can set the frequency of this cutting as well, which was really cool. For us, it needs to cut time it docks, but you can change it easily in the app.2. Self-emptying: Once the vacuum redocks itself, it runs through a suite of operations -> Anti-tangle, self-empty vacuum portion, empty the mopping portion, clean mop heads, and lastly dry the mop heads with hot air. The self maintenance on this vacuum is awesome. My only qualm is that it announces every single step and this is not user configurable (the reason for four instead of five stars).3. Truly smart features: With its LIDAR and camera, the 3i P10 Ultra excels at obstacle recognition and avoidance. Upon first use, it maps your first floor incredibly accurately. This will allow it to run very efficiently while cleaning your floors. Unlike our old robo-vac which meandered aimlessly, this vacuum works with intent since it knows where permanent objects are. Kind of amazingly, it also uses computer vision to recognize common household items like sofas, TVs, entertainment centers, tables, etc. and auto-populates the interactive map. It’s also fun watching the camera feed, especially with our pups intently following it around. X) To indicate the camera is on, there are two options: voice reminder which will notify you every 5 minutes that the camera is in use or have a blinking white light. I do like that they added this, but obviously, cybersecurity concerns come into play and I hope they add more features to mitigate any possibility of nefarious ingress into the camera feed.4. Mopping functionality: This was the most concerning aspect for me when looking for a new robo-vac. We don’t have any carpet in our house, so the pad lifting wasn’t a huge deal, but still nice to have. My concern lay mostly with the cleaning performance, getting into corners, around objects, etc. After running it for the first time yesterday to assess, at minimum, the pads’ reach and mopping paths, I’m not concerned in the slightest. If it mops every other day, I think it will be just as effective as a manual mopping once a week.This model offers so much configuration for the power of the vacuum, the amount of water used for the mop, the type of cleaning cycle it should perform, etc. That’s why I’m a little less than enthused about not being able to find how to turn off the announcements. “Starting return to dock”, “Drying mop”, “Starting vacuum”, etc. etc. It’s far better than a series of annoying beeps, but still unnecessary when you can view the process on the app.One other feature I really like, despite it probably not being super impactful, is that the app allows you to set charging to off-peak. It’s not a “smart” feature since you specify the time you want to allow it to begin charging, but still awesome to have that incorporated.Overall, I LOVE this vacuum. As time goes on, if there are notable changes or concerns, I will update my review. In the short-term, it’s amazing.

A Great Helper for Pet Owners!
This vacuum is amazing! I’m very picky about home cleanliness, and it exceeds my expectations. It mops and vacuums simultaneously, which is perfect for my home with 3 cats, a dog, and teens. The app is easy to use, allowing room separation and “No go” zones. It mops twice a week and vacuums each morning, adjusting easily thanks to its 360-degree camera.The water tank makes maintenance effortless, as it holds both clean and dirty water. It also cleans and dries its mop heads automatically. The suction is powerful, with adjustable settings. This vacuum has made keeping my home tidy so much easier! Highly recommend!

The Beast
I’ve owned several robotic vacuums, never a vac and mop. This took only 10 minutes to map our entire first floor of around 1700 sq. Ft. Once mapped we started it to clean. With18,000 pa it definitely pulls up a lot more debris than our past 8,000 pa. The mopping is spot free. No streaks left behind like my vac and mop upright. Thus we named it “The Beast.” My husband and I are in our 70’s so this is a life changer. More time to enjoy retirement. I’m praying the come out with a window one. Buy it. You won’t be disappointed.

Der 3i P10 Ultra hat definitiv einige beeindruckende Funktionen, aber im Alltag zeigt sich, dass nicht alles so reibungslos läuft, wie es die Produktbeschreibung verspricht.Was mir gefallen hat:• Die Saugkraft ist enorm. Mit 18.000 Pa schafft es der Roboter tatsächlich, selbst groben Schmutz und Tierhaare aufzunehmen – besonders auf Hartböden wirklich stark.• Die automatisierte Station ist ein echtes Highlight: Mopps werden mit heißem Wasser ausgewaschen, getrocknet und sogar mit Reinigungsmittel versorgt. Praktisch, wenn man möglichst wenig manuell machen will.• Die Wischfunktion ist durch die sich drehenden Mopps deutlich gründlicher als bei vielen anderen Geräten. Gerade an Kanten leistet der UltraReach-Mechanismus solide Arbeit.• Die Navigation mit LiDAR, 3D-Kamera und KI funktioniert insgesamt gut. Möbel werden zielsicher umfahren, Kabel oft korrekt erkannt und Schwellen werden überwunden.Was mich enttäuscht hat:• Die Reinigung funktioniert nicht immer zuverlässig. Trotz KI-Erkennung bleiben vereinzelt Flecken zurück oder der Roboter „vergisst“ Ecken – gerade bei komplizierteren Grundrissen.• Die App ist teilweise träge und unübersichtlich, besonders bei der Einrichtung von No-Go-Zonen oder beim Bearbeiten der Karte.• Obwohl der Hersteller mit Anti-Verhedder-Technik wirbt, wickeln sich längere Haare trotzdem immer wieder in die Bürste. Die TangleCut-Klinge scheint nicht so effektiv zu sein wie beschrieben.• Die Wischfunktion ist eher als „feuchtes Wischen“ zu verstehen. Hartnäckige Flecken braucht der Roboter mehrmals, um sie wirklich zu entfernen – menschliche Hände sind da nach wie vor effizienter.Fazit:Der 3i P10 Ultra ist technisch sehr fortschrittlich und in Sachen Automatisierung einer der besseren Roboter auf dem Markt. Wer hohe Erwartungen an Präzision und eine wirklich tiefgehende Reinigung hat, wird aber eventuell enttäuscht. Für den Preis hätte ich mir eine insgesamt ausgereiftere Leistung gewünscht – daher nur 3 von 5 Sternen.Nachtrag am 06.06.2025Technisch wirkt der 3i P10 Ultra auf dem Papier top – in der Praxis aber enttäuschend. Die Saugkraft ist zwar stark, doch die Reinigungsleistung ist insgesamt inkonsequent: Ecken werden häufig ausgelassen, Flecken bleiben zurück, und bei komplexeren Räumen kommt der Roboter schnell an seine Grenzen.Die App ist umständlich, reagiert träge, und das Einrichten von Sperrzonen ist mühsam. Auch die Anti-Haar-Verhedderung funktioniert kaum – lange Haare landen regelmäßig in der Bürste, trotz TangleCut-Klinge.Die Wischfunktion überzeugt nur optisch. Hartnäckiger Schmutz bleibt oft haften, und echtes „Schrubben“ kann der Roboter nicht ersetzen. Für den Preis habe ich mehr erwartet – aktuell leider kein zuverlässiger Haushaltshelfer.
