⭐️1 Star – Defective Wiring Caused Motor Failure and Expensive Reinstall
This fan arrived with a serious wiring defect. The receiver tip wiring didn’t match the manual’s color-code instructions, making it impossible to connect the motor properly. The fan motor never turned on, even after professional installation at a height of 22 feet — which cost me nearly $1,000.The issue was not with the installer, but a manufacturing error in how the wires were assembled. This could have caused a short or damage. The lights worked, but the motor wiring was completely mismatched. I had to remove and replace the fan.I’ve contacted the seller and am requesting a refund and compensation. This should not happen on any electrical product.

Looks great, moves a lot of air, super quiet.
I’m writing this review because I now realize all the other reviews prior were Amazon vine reviews for a free product… First, there was evidence of part of this product being used. The led light assembly had circular imprints from prior turning of screws. No other pieces showed this. Second, one of the screws for the blades stripped out the hole in the motor unit without excessive force and I had to get creative.. Maybe I don’t know my own strength, but none of the other 17 blade screws had this problem. Lastly, there is no memory in the receiver unit, so don’t use the wall switch if you are expecting a repeat experience.These aside, install was straight forward, it moves a lot of air, it looks great, and it’s incredibly quiet. These are really the most important things.Assuming it lasts, I’d definitely buy again. I am concerned about longevity and the blades drooping.

Great Ceiling Fan
My builder put the fan up and it was no problem. It works great in our huge room and is absolutely quiet as can be and moves a lot of air. Looks very contemporary. I love it and highly recommend.

Large Fan, Low Output
As indicated, the fan is very large. Installation was simple and remote works as described. On high speed the fan moves pretty slow and with the standard flat blades it comes with, doesn’t move much air. I understand the need for slower speeds as the size increases but I would have expected an airfoil like blade design to help with that. Unfortunately its too late to return it and the options at this size are limited while not spending a ton of money for an outdoor fan. I may look into replacement blades.
