Incredible Long-Lasting Scent & Easy to Use!
I can’t say enough great things about my Aera! The scent capsules last so long, making it a great investment. The fragrances are absolutely gorgeous and give off a luxurious vibe that fills my entire space. It’s definitely better than any candles, plug-ins, or diffusers I’ve tried before. Every time someone walks into my home, they mention how fresh and inviting it smells. Of course I have my Aera to thank.The packaging it came in was well designed and came with a set up pamphlet. I was surprised to see they gift 4 free mini fragrances to test out; such a nice touch. I’ll definitely be buying MoonDance!The machine is super easy to set up, and the app makes it even better. I love that I can set schedules and check how much fragrance is left from my phone. Overall, this is hands down the best fragrance device I’ve ever owned!

So far, not the best experience
Update: Aera did send me a new diffuser, but the same problems exist. The most current new cartridge I bought did not load into the diffuser and the chat help told me they were a new design and that my rather new diffuser might not recognize the new design.. After telling me they would send me a direct contact to speak with, (that was actually just a central email address only) I found they didn’t respond to my follow up to return the cartridge. Since I bought the cartridge on Amazon, I just started return process here annd hope it will be accepted. Overall,, this diffuser system is not worth all the problems it has. Poor design, ineffective app and less than great customer service. I sincerely don’t recommend its purchase.I actually liked the Aera device while it worked. I had it set up at the entry of my house to offer up a clean scent when people entered. And while it really did not extend that scent into the house, it served the purpose of adding scent to the entry way. I had it set up to go on for a few hours in the morning and then again in the evening. Using the app was less than satisfying – it fell offline quite a few times and I was not quite sure if the sensor was correct in telling me how much of the cartridge was left. I ordered some newer scent cartridges and after I changed out the still usable existing cartridge, the unit stopped working. The button that lowers and lifts the cartridge in and out stopped working as well. So now I have two full cartridges of new fragrance that I cannot use and the old one that has some fragrance left in it. I reached out to Area customer service – their phone tells you to leave a message as all agents are busy. Instead of a call back, I get an email saying sorry they missed me and message them back. So far, even after that message, I have heard nothing. So I am very disappointed overall in their product and their service. My advice, not worth the price or hassle – there are other diffusers that work better and last a lot longer.

The unit itself is highly over priced, and while the cartridges have great scents they too are overpriced.

Very Pricy!
I got the Aera Home Fragrance Electric Diffuser last year for Christmas, and I’ve got a bit of a mixed review to share.Let’s start with the good stuff – the fragrance itself is pretty nice. It adds a pleasant scent to my home, and I like the variety of fragrances they offer. Also, being able to control it with the APP is pretty handy.But here’s the catch – the fragrance coverage is quite limited. In larger rooms, it doesn’t really do the job. It’s a bit disappointing because I was hoping it would freshen up the entire room, but it falls short in that department.Now, onto the not-so-great part – the cost. Each fragrance capsule goes for a hefty $60, and that’s a bit hard to swallow. What’s worse is that one capsule doesn’t even last for a few weeks. It’s on the expensive side, especially when you factor in the ongoing cost.So, here’s the deal: the Aera Home Fragrance Electric Diffuser has its perks like the pleasant scent and smart home compatibility. But the limited fragrance coverage and the high cost of those capsules are real downers. It’s not a bad product, but you might want to think twice if you’re considering it, especially considering these limitations.

You know how everyone’s house has a smell?I’m very determined to make sure mine is clean and fresh but not offensively fragrantFirst, love the clean and sleek design.I have owned diffusers in the past, but none compares to this one.Because I can program this diffuser from my phone to turn on a few minutes before I return homeI don’t feel as if I am wasting product, and the cartridge will last much longer.Also, I can program how much scent to release, so I can create a subtle but noticeable fragrance, which is what I am looking for.

I consider myself a tech savy, and I’ve never had such frustration with an electronic device.Connected and registered the diffuser. Two days later uh-oh your device is offline. Took another hour to connect the diffuser, it’s either telling me WiFi password invalid, can’t find the diffuser, or failed to register the diffuser to my account. When it finally connected and registered, everything goes back to the beginning in a few days.This thing simply sucks.Not to mention the schedule never worked from the beginning.If you still want to buy, DONT BUY THE WiFi version, it’s more crappy then my dog’s crap.

This item does look and feel great. I didn’t get as far as using the app, I returned it before I got that far. The reason? Noisy!! It’s supposed to be relaxing and calming, but when it’s doing what it’s designed to do, eg. Dispensing perfume it sounds like a sex toy! You can also hear it over the TV or radio volume. Apart from the price for the machine itself the capsules are way overpriced. For a top of the range machine it’s one fault was too much for me.
