  1. D.Woods

    Happy with Unit
This is working very well in my small 1 car garage size shop. I use it for wood working and it really eliminate the dust, smoke and chemicals smells from staining and poly.

  2. Wes Virnelson

    No replacement filters available
Works great but canont find replacement filters. Therefore NOT a good buy even though it works great.

Strong Airflow and Filtration, Non-Standard Filters
Not silent, this fitter has a strong fan that does make some noise. Not bad at all in a shop environment. Does a great job circulating and filtering the air.The filters are MERV 11, not HEPA, and are not a standard size. The proprietary filters made for this unit must be used, and they are not the best value for small MERV 11 filters. MERV 11 does an excellent job with larger particles like dust from woodworking, metal working, lint and general debris. It is slightly less effective for some smaller particles such as pollen, mold spores, and some bacteria. Not good enough for ultra fine particles such as pet dander, smoke, and chemicals. These ultra fine particles would require MERV 13 or higher, or a HEPA filter.I wish a filter like this was available that used a standard filter size, such as 12x12x1 or 10x10x1 because it would make ongoing filter replacement so much cheaper and have so many more options available. This is still a good choice and a solid performer, but check on filter availability and cost before buying.

    Good product
Very useful for medium wood working.

  5. Z

    Dust buster
Got this to help with the dust in demoing a half bath and I’m really blown away by how much dust this cleared while pulling drywall. Out of the box it feels well built, 3-sided intake, remote’s handy, set it and forget it. Been running it a few days and it’s been very helpful. The air stayed way cleaner, saved an immense amount of time during cleanup. Did end up having to vacuum the filters off with my shop vac to keep things flowing after a bit, no big deal though. Was a little concerned with how relatively inexpensive it is, thought that it might choke but performance really surprised me. F or the price it worked better than I hoped, loving it so far.

Product Listing Says Air Filters Will Be Available By End of March 2025
I’m just sort of addressing a common theme in these reviews, because I was initially concerned about this. It appears that the seller has updated the product listing to include that replacement filters will be available by the end of March. I have no idea whether or not this is true, but I am going to take them at their word on it, and give this product a review on its current performance, replacement filter availability not taken into consideration. I will come back and update this review after I’m able to get some filters, or dock this review if filter availability does not happen as promised.I put this in my chick hatching room. Running my chicken incubator and then raising chicks in a brooder in my spare room creates the nastiest dust so I’ve been waiting to get something like this. This unit feels very solid. It comes with two mounting options. You can hang it from the ceiling or install it with the enclosed brackets. I have not mounted this yet, because I don’t know if my wife wants this hanging off the ceiling of our room. That’s more of a garage type installation option, IMO. The unit is fairly wide and takes up a fair amount of space if sitting on a flat surface. Noise wise, it is not quiet nor is it loud. Running it in the room, I could tell an obvious difference in air quality an hour after running it. Only time will tell about its long term performance but as for now, I’m very satisfied with it.

  7. William

    Nicely made and works great.
This is a very high output filter that is doing an amazing job in my workshop. I have it mounted on the ceiling and turn it on every time I am cutting or welding. It really does seem to keep the air clearer. Since I have a smaller shop, I was looking for an air cleaner that would go above and beyond the smaller house ones. This one really does the trick. In addition, the filters are easy to remove and clean out when needed. Overall, I am very happy with it and I would get it again.

  8. Better Deals

Solid filtration device, but ongoing supply of replacement filters is iffy
This air filtration system works great. It pumps a lot of air through some good, MERV 11 filters. And, the unit can be set up in a bunch of different ways. It comes with hardware to hang the unit from the ceiling, which is the traditional way. But, it can also be laid flat on top of something, in my case a tall set of shelves. It can even be set on end and used as a portable unit right on the floor. For me, the included remote works perfectly. It can reach the filtration device that’s about 10 feet up a set of shelving, even when there’s not a direct line of sight. (It must be bouncing off the ceiling or something because the IR sensor is on the top side, with the controls and display.) The device is fairly quiet, too. On high, this unit puts out a bit less noise than a maxed out box fan. But, unless I’m doing something that’s putting a ton of debris in the air, I just leave it on low, and it’s hardly noticeable. I like that there’s a built-in timer on it because it’s easy to forget that it’s there. But, I am concerned about the filters. The ones that are installed work great, and they have a QR code for getting replacements. Unfortunately, that link is an empty page. And, I’m not seeing many alternative options for matching 1.5″ deep filters.
