1/ … Bought for to make flour mixed in with Arrowroot and salt — Brown Rice flour.2/ … Will mix together with plain Greek Yogurt to make dough.3/ … shape like Thomas English Muffins and low heat in lightly oiled skillet.4/ … Suppose to be good … staying away from Wheat.5/ … Bag might not last the night tho.6/ … Its a very Big bag.

Rancid outside, pretty good inside
The seeds I got were so bitter (rancid-tasting) I wound up, not only rinsing them repeatedly, but washing them *twice*, *thoroughly*, with 2 drops of citrasolv brand dish soap to 1.5 qts water each time, followed by much rinsing & gentle agitation. (For about 2 cups of hulled seeds.) After all that, they actually tasted okay! Since rancid outside usually means rancid inside, this is why I gave them 3 stars instead of less: the seeds themselves were okay — just took a lot of work to make them edible!
Never again purchase this item first time wearing the back of the shoes pilled going to return –
