Defective phone.
The phone was not programmed correctly, when my cell provider went to activate it it did not work well and they looked up the IMEI number and it came up to say it was a galaxy tablet which it was not so I had to return it.

Brought it to my provider to transfer data and he took a look at it and was very concerned with the remanufactured job and he recommended to send it back.

NOT UNLOCKED FOR ALL CARRIERS.Will not work for Straight Talk. It’s unlocked for T-Mobile and Verizon but the phones not compatible. Very disappointed 😔
