She’s a beaut!
The leather is so soft and supple, bag is huge. Only issue is it’s so big that I’m digging around looking for stuff. But I love her!!!

Missing hang tag
I love the bag, but when it arrived it was missing the leather hang tag. I checked the box, the bag pocket, and even unraveled each piece of paper and foam – still nothing. I don’t want to go through the hassle of returning it so I’ll just attach my own keychains, but I’m pretty annoyed at the poor QC that either allowed such a pricey bag to be shipped without one if its signature parts, or used such a flimsy chain that fell off so easily.

“It” Bag? – Yes Indeed!
I’ve been a Coach fan since the ’80s—yes, the ’80s! But as I matured, their offerings didn’t always match my evolving style. However, lately, Coach has been putting out must-have pieces, and the Brooklyn Shoulder Bag 39 is undoubtedly an “IT” bag. The buttery soft leather feels incredibly luxurious, and the spacious design is perfect for fitting everything I need—from my laptop to daily essentials—without feeling bulky. The sleek, modern design makes it versatile enough for both work and casual outings, while the sturdy shape keeps it looking polished.The magnetic snap closure is strong and secure, and I love the thoughtful details like the subtle logo. That said, this bag is quite large, so if you’re not into oversized bags, you might want to consider the 23 or 28 models for a more compact option with the same chic look. I do wish it had feet to protect the bottom from wear, and it can feel a bit heavy when fully loaded. Also, an exterior pocket for quick access would be a nice touch. Despite these minor issues, the craftsmanship and style make it a worthwhile investment. I’ve received so many compliments already!I just ordered the Empire Carryall 35 in Brass/Maple—if it’s as beautiful as the Brooklyn, Coach will definitely be back in my regular rotation! Highly recommend this bag for anyone looking for both style and functionality.

This is an amazing and beautiful bag. As you would expect from Coach, the leather is buttery soft, thick and flawless. Everything about this bag, from the packing to the design, to the materials and stitching speaks quality.I usually prefer backpack because I get tired of bags slipping off of my shoulder. While this one is big, perhaps even cavernous, it sits so perfectly on my shoulder and conforms to my body shape, that I love it. It holds tons and would even fit my smaller laptops, but I prefer it just for my everyday stuff. It lays right against the body. The maple is a beautiful shade of brown that doesn’t show dirt and scuffs easily. This is my first Coach bag, having only bought Coach shoes before, and this is really something special.
