We were very excited to get our fan and when we received it we were quite disappointed as the box was damaged as well as parts of the fan were damaged. It looked as though the fan was previously opened and repackaged. We submitted a return through Amazon and contacted the seller. After messaging with Lisa who was extremely helpful, we were able to get our refund and they replaced the fan at no cost to us. We installed our fan and are very excited to use it. We are very pleased with how easy it was to put together and install. There was a QR code to use to help with installation which also made it much easier. We love how it looks in our room and the ease of being able to utilize a remote control. The speed of the fan on low is already much faster than our original fan which is phenomenal. Thank you to Lisa for all of your help! We would definitely recommend this fan.

It’s cute. It’s wonky. It works.
I’ve had this fan a month and a half now, it does have an app and comes with a remote. The remote only controls power on and off for the light. Power on, off, speed, direction and timer for the fan. The app doesn’t control the fan at all, the app does control all the different light color settings and options as well as an option to play music though that doesn’t work really. To play music you just need to connect your phone to your fan like a Bluetooth option and then use whatever music streaming service to play music. Took me a while to figure that out.I bought the fan June 17 I believe and last night, July 22 my remote stopped working so now I no longer have the availability to use my fan at all. I’m gonna try and buy a universal fan remote to see if that works, wish me luck.Update: I was able to communicate with someone from the company I bought the fan from and they sent me a new remote and receiver box. I replaced the receiver box and everything works perfectly fine. The person I spoke with was really helpful and I would absolutely buy this again. I don’t know what it is about this fan. I just like it. I’m glad we were able to get it all working again.

Manufacture needs to do more work on app before trying to sell product
Replaced this with another like type from Amazon//This is a beautiful light/fan//However I-Link app is poor and did not work therefore i return this lamp//current lamp/fan no issue with app to control light

Very satisfied
I really love my fan/light. It was reasonably priced, delivered quickly and arrived un damaged. It was easy to assemble and my son in law had no trouble with installing it. The fan function is great, it is quiet and really moves air well. The retractable blades are a nice feature, it definitely makes the unit more attractive when its off. I like the Bluetooth speaker and use it daily. My grandkids love the color change lights. I only have one issue and that is that the app never worked with the light, but that was a function that I really didnt need anyway. After writing this review I deleted and then reinstalled the app and it “mostly” works. The light functions work great, and has preset and customizable options. And you can turn the light off and just have music. The equalizer quality is limited simply because it is Bluetooth, but you can make a few adjustments. The music select function does not seem to work, but I generally use a personalized playlist anyway.
