Issue resolved quickly
We love fan and the light and how bright it is. We had an issue with the light and customer service was extremely helpful and prompt with helping us pinpoint what the issue was and send a new part for the light. Everything works and is super for the room we used it in. We are happy with the customer service overall.

I have a very large walk-in/roll-in shower and I could never get the shower area warm or dry after a shower. I removed the light fixure and install this wet area shower and all was resolved.

This item is very nice! I couldn’t get the Bluetooth to work at first. I contacted the seller and they knew exactly what the problem was and sent me a replacement part right away. Now it’s working, lights and music with my android phone Samsung galaxy A23. The fan puts out a nice breeze.

Horrible blue tooth speaker
I am so disappointed. The speaker is barely over a whisper. All the work in room to install and the disappointment to this magnitude is insane. The fan is quiet the lights are ok but the Bluetooth speaker is trash. Don’t buy

LED light issues.
I purchased this for my granddaughter in october for christmas. She was unable to hook it up until now, april and the lights will not work. Needless to say, were way past the return date and sad. Because I can’t have the LED lights work on her ceiling fan for her. We thought maybe we had messed up the wiring, but the wiring, as exactly as the diagram points out. Since we have nothing to lose open the box at the top and it appears, there are no wires that are loose or unsoldered. The fan works just fine. Called electrician and the main box had solder point issues and terminal connection issues. Cost more to repair than original 250.00 purchase! My fault for not trying to at least test it out since they were moving and I knew it would be a late install. Save yourself some money and just install it right away.

Love this cieling fan!
I wasn’t expeting too much from this small fan. I replaced a 78″ cieling fan with this fan and let me tell you it packs a punch. The lights are a bonus. The speaker is not the best but it does what is expected. I’m very happy with this fan and I love that the blades retract when not in use.
